All packaging is performed with the utmost care and concern for the safe arrival of your goods. As such, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

In the rare instance you do encounter a damaged piece, or are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us within seven (7) days to discuss exhange options.

DO NOT return any items without prior authorization please. 

Should an exchange be authorized, we cannot refund shipping charges, and all returns will be at the expense of the buyer, unless a mistake was made by us.  Not sure about an item; CONTACT US - CLICK on the link above .. Order SAMPLES in a variety of sizes.  We will glady accept those for exchange when returned promptly.
