TMC strives to provide excellent customer service.  Should you experience a problem, please let us hear from you. 
Should a problem occur ... we will work to resolve it in a manner acceptable to both parties.

The following terms of purchase apply to any purchases made on the website and represent an agreement between you and TMC when you order.

      Effective May 1, 2011 we will ship to the USA and CANADA only.
                Special arrangements will be reviewed outside these two countries.
                This is due to the high cost of shipping and currency exchange rates.
                We have shipped Internationally for many years now but it is just too difficult. 

CONTACT US:  You may order on line using our convenient shopping cart ordering system.  You may use our Printable Order Form ... contact us for approximate shipping cost.  FIRST TIME BUYER:  Enter online.

MINIMUM ORDER:  $20 Minimum Order - However ALL Internet, Phone and Mail-in orders will incur an additional $5.00 processing fee in addition to regular shipping charges if the order  merchandise is less than $50.00. 

PREFERRED MANNER OF PAYMENT:  TMARCO accepts - MC * VISA * DISCOVER * AMEX
Debit or Credit Cards thru TMARCO's SSL Secure Server.  Other payment options below.
A $5.00 charge will be accessed for invalid/declined credit cards that fail to process.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING:  We will calculate shipping cost to your address.  * DIM Shipping Applies to any/all cartons:  The concept of Dimensional Weight has been adopted by the transportation industry worldwide as a uniform means of establishing a minimum charge for the cubic space a package occupies in route to the destination. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our N. C. warehouse.  Mail Orders - include 20% to cover shipping unless we calculate for you.  Overage will be refunded shortages will be billed.

CARRIERS:  USPS Mail for savings to our customers.  2 to 3 Day delivery.  Our preferred shipper is USPS Priority Mail. We gladly ship via *your* UPS or FedEx account.  Exports - ship via USPS for cost efficiency if the size allows it.  If not - TMC will calculate the best way for your shipment and advise you.
INSURANCE: 
We insure all packages for the value of the merchandise in your order.
USPS and UPS TRACKING:  We have premium UPS tracking/tracing for all packages. All USPS packages are sent with a Delivery Confirmation.  Again;  we will NOT be responsible for lost mail packages.
SAME DAY RUSH SHIPMENT:  We offer Same Day Shipping for an additional $10 per shipment. Orders must be placed via phone with one of our customer service representatives and must be placed before 11 A.M. E.S.T. Please note that Same Day means shipment the same day order is placed via UPS. You still must allow for transit time of the carrier. Note: Same-Day Shipping is NOT available for export orders or  U.S. mail shipments.
SATURDAY SHIPMENT:  We offer Saturday USPS Priority Mail - available in most areas if your order is received by 11 PM EST on Friday.  An additional fee of $10 applies when your order is confirmed.. Please note that some items are too large to send via USPS.
DOCUMENTATION:  An invoice/sales receipt is eMailed via PDF file to your eMail address submitted with complete detail. Appropriate customs documents will accompany export orders.
BACK ORDERS:  None unless prior arrangements are made - *(special orders do not apply)
SALES TAX:  North Carolina residents are subject to a 8% sales tax. Businesses exempt.
PRICING:  *Subject to change without notification.  *Pricing increases due to production cost & may not yet be posted.
AVAILABILITY:  We maintain the highest stock levels possible. Nevertheless, stocks will occasionally be depleted. In the MESSAGE section of our online order form - indicate if an item/s are critical to the completion of your project. If the item is out, we will contact you by e-mail or phone indicating an approximate delivery date.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: TMARCO does attempt to keep all information on its website current and accurate but makes no warranties nor shall be held liable for unavoidable typographical errors. Sizes are approximate and may vary with each and every handcrafted item.
WEBSITE CONTENT:   All content on this site such as text, graphics, software and design are the property of The Marketing Company and are actively protected by Copyrights & Trademarks.
CLAIMS: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Claims for damage in transit or any error with the order must be reported within 3 days of receipt.   We will follow-up with the carrier on damages.

WIRE:
 Due to the nature of our decorative wire products, we do NOT issue refunds on merchandise. However we do honor/accept EXCHANGES if your merchandise size is incorrect for your needs. 
All shipping and processing cost are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable.  See details below. 
 
We have found customers using the merchandise and then wanting to return it. 
 These require a Return Authorization and a copy of your Sales Receipt. eMail our office for RA#  for replacement.  Exchanges will be treated promptly.

DIE CUTS:  NON REFUNDABLE unless it is TMC'S ERROR.  (See FLAGGED information below).
GLASSWARE:
Shipping plus a Re-stocking fee of 20% of the merchandise total will be deducted 1-7 days.

NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on
made-to-order merchandise which includes painted wire, die cut decorations or dressed forms. 
Below is the information regarding any and all returns/exchanges. 
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED  -  EXCHANGES GLADLY MADE
  ~ NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY/ALL WIRE, CUSTOM DIE CUT or PAINTED ORDERS.   GLASS - see above.

REFUNDS:  Any/all refunds due from an exchange will be issued to the initial order credit card. 
Cancellations and Alterations TMARCO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order/s that conflict with the everyday procedures set forth in our Terms of Sale.
Transaction queries will be charged to the cardholder should the query be the cardholders error with a $50.00 non-refundable fee.  Contact TMARCO should you have questions. Review your receipts ...
DENIED MasterCard and Visa Credit/Debit transaction/s will incur a $5.00 charge to the cardholder with a *maximum of $10.00.  (*We will attempt to run the card twice).
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:  Make sure your address is entered correctly.
UPS Address Correction is $25.00 billed to us.  $25.00 will be applied to your credit card on file.
