If United Parcel Service or US Postal Service has left merchandise at
your door and the merchandise is
damaged without visible evidence outside you again
should notify the
delivering carrier and file a claim.
Also eMail or telephone TMARCO so we can help with
the claim replacement. |

OUR HANDS ARE COMPLETELY TIED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW
THESE INSTRUCTIONS. |
1. RETAIN ANY/ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL - CARTON AND ALL!
*No replacements can/nor will be made unless you follow these
guidelines so they can investigate the original carton.

2. UPS will come to your home and take the damaged carton with
merchandise to their claim center. |
|
3. TMARCO will work with UPS and file the proper paperwork from
this end for replacement. |
|
4. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for this transaction. |
5. We do appreciate your business - We use NEW packaging
materials to reflect the care we give our customers.
With the
volume that UPS and the USPS handles daily there will be damage
occassionally. |
